This goes up pretty quickly!

So we've made a great start with the shop build. Today we completed the walls up to roof height. Apex and purlins will hopefully go on tomorrow and then the remaining wall insulation, roof, trims and windows. I think we're well on target for our end of January schedule.

It's been a lot more straightforward than we'd imagined. The first layer of logs fixed to the bearers fine, then we did the floorboards then started building up the walls to window hight. At that stage the windows and doorframe went in and we just continued building up adding some of the wall insulation along the way.

Our plan is to finish the build this month, stock the shop up next month and open on March 1st...fingers crossed we hit no snags!
